DUTIES & TAXES:
Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. In most cases these cannot be predicted or avoided so we cannot be held responsible for them. Any such charges most be taken care of by the buyer.
In addition we cannot be held responsible for orders being confiscated/delayed due to the actions of any customs authority or similar.
CUSTOM AND COUTURE:
Custom and couture items are available upon request. Please contact email@example.com for details or more information. If you have seen something that inspired you please feel free to include a picture.
We also offer different combinations of the features/trims already available in our collections. If you like the overall look but can’t find the perfect garment for you we are happy to create a custom version just for you, just mix and match your favourite features. You can request a customized version of any of the available items, making it more simple or elaborate to suit your needs.
Custom orders may incur a surcharge where patterns need to be made/significantly altered, please inquire for an estimated cost.
We also offer styling for photoshoots, videos, shows etc. If you would like to loan or commission an outfit for a specific purpose and would like it styled to match a specific theme or just with matching shoes and accessories please let us know. This service is usually available at a cost but in cases of guaranteed publication, other arrangements can be made. Styling using existing samples and accessories typically costs £25 per hour plus travel to your desired location. This option is usually more economical if you wish to use more than one outfit and will also save you the hassle of washing and returning the items after the shoot.
- Always use talcum powder or water based lube inside latex clothing as a dressing aid.
- Avoid heat, light and smoke.
- Store in a cool, dark place wrapped in tissue paper.
- Lighter coloured latex can become discoloured when placed next to strong colours .
- Metals can damage latex, especially lighter colours discolour easily. Be careful with belts, body piercings, coat hangers and even metal trims on the garments themselves.
- Avoid contact with all oils as they permanently damage rubber.
- How you wash your items is up to you. Simple latex items can safely be immersed in water and washed with washing up liquid or shampoo. For garments with metallic parts or specialist/fusion fabrics we recommend washing with a sponge unless you are confident you can dry them quickly.
